Oyster Roast
When the weather turns cool, you can't beat a good oyster roast to entertain your family and friends. It's another one of those coastal traditions that Captain Brooks and Coastal Cuisine are keeping alive.  Coastal Cuisine uses only FRESH local oysters, harvested from waters that exceed standards set forth by the State and Federal Government for consumption.  If you have never eaten Georgia Oysters, you are missing a HUGE treat!  Because of the high salinity (salt) levels in Georgia’s estuarine waters, our oysters are some of the tastiest around.  And don’t forget to request a few clams mixed in with your roast.  These tasty shellfish can be used to compliment an oyster roast or served as the main course.  Georgia shellfish are served from October through April to ensure a fresh and tasty product.

Our standard menu is as follows: 

Main Course: Fresh Local Oysters (all you can eat!)
Saltine Crackers

Drinks:  Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, and Water
Plates, Cutlery, Napkins, Ice, Condiments, and trash receptacles provided.  Serving tables with red checkerboard table clothes are also provided.  
Changes can certainly be made to the menu upon request.  Prices can be negotiated
based on these changes.
